Breakfast was ok according to my travel partner. The staff was fine and it was clean. The hostel is basic accommodation in line with price. We met some interesting people which is what is great about hostels.

A few easy improvements would be some hooks on the wall to hang clothes and a small bedside table such as a crate. The bathrooms have almost no leg room. The main issue here was noise from the street and one night a loud argument in the hostel. Our room was more of a cubicle so you could hear everything. I would recommend the fully private rooms if you are a light sleeper.
