Located in walking distance to the beach.

Excellent room with a perfect position next to the beach.

Wi-Fi did not work (everyone confirmed it did not work). The host appositely overbooks the rooms in order to change the room type (sometimes in other his structures) so sometimes the room is not the one you paid for. Same host is eager to sell you any kind of activities and rarely they are as promised (please confront other options just to be sure the price is correct or if there are any better options).

Very good location about 5 minutes from the beach. The owner was very helpful, he owns a few apartments and a nice restaurant called La Bashi which was well priced and served good food. It opened early which was great to beat the heat. He let us early check in for no additional price into a different accommodation which was very kind. Thought this accommodation was not as nice with some marks on the walls and poor water pressure with a cold shower, we were very grateful for the help. Sanju hotel is a very budget accommodation so you pay for what you get. He was also really helpful in arranging tours and tuk tuks so overall would recommend his apartment and assistance.

we arrived at 3pm and had to wait half an hour to check-in to our room because the staff was not there. the reception was never occupied and the host was unfriendly. the bathroom facilities were very cheap quality. the top shower head was broken and sprayed horizontally, wetting the entire bathroom.

Everything! Cozy bed, clean room, nice staff. We would have loved to stay longer!

Was very clean. Set up was perfect and all facilities worked as described. I was able to extend extra nights with little notice. Really accommodating!

The Host & staff was super friendly & helpful. The rooms were very sweet & located close to the beach.
