Great location and very friendly staff

Wow what an amazing stay the location was perfect. The owner was incredible he even picked us up from the bus station and showed us around made us feel very welcomed, his hospitality was incredible and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were clean and nice and we enjoyed our stay very much

Moshi, the owner, was super helpful. Even going out of his way to get ingredients to help alleviate a cough I had. Very clean place and located both near restaurants etc and the beach.

I had a fantastic stay. I was very warmly welcomed by Sanju, the owner. He even gave me a lot of extras like water kettle, dishes and cutlery. Then he took me on an orientation tour around the town on his motorbike and even bought two big water bottles with me. He was always there to help me and answer my questions. The room was very comfortable and close to the beach and other facilities. Sanju has a restaurant just around the corner where you can eat delicious food.

The landlord started installing air conditioning during my stay there. This made everything in my room pure dust.

Very friendly hosts and nice and clean rooms. And the beach is right around the corner. Perfect stay in Trincomalee. Totally recommend this place.

The location is great, super close to the beach. The room was big enough, clean and comfortable. Loved the little patio where you can sit to have your breakfast or dinner. There is shared kitchen where you can prepare tea with a fridge to keep food/drinks. Sanju and his team will do their best to provide anything you need. Initially I booked 1 night and ended up staying for more than 2 weeks!

Wifi could be better and also a fan or two in the outdoor area because it gets really hot during the day.
