Very nice guest house in a perfect location - a bus stop was just round the corner, marina just 200m walking distance. During night it was very quiet. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Guesthouse a due passi sia dal lungo mare che dal centro paese. Causa ritardo del volo il proprietario mi ha fatto trovare le chiavi con le indicazioni e sono riuscito senza problemi ad entrare nella struttura e nella camera. Il giorno seguente mi ha dato tutte le varie indicazioni. Anche se incontrato poche volte, sempre gentile e disponibile.

Tired property. Very basic small microwave, small fridge. Basically it's an overpriced room and you need to eat out all the time. Check for roaches every morning and night. Not good.

La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è stata disponibile e gentile con noi...la camera è semplice, accogliente, luminosa e comunque dotata di tutte le comodità...ottima la posizione con un parcheggio libero a poca distanza...abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza a Ponta Delgada e nella splendida São Miguel...grazie!..Andrea e Donatella 💙🌋🏝️🍍🌿🐟🌸🐳🌊

Great location if you don't have a car, can walk down to harbor swimming, and out to restaurants and shops easily. Room was very clean and welcoming, loved the little balcony. Shared bathroom was on the floor below, clean and well stocked. Check-in was easy.

If you have a car, nearby street parking is quite difficult to find. There is no air conditioning, to prevent the room from being very stuffy on a warm night, you will have to keep the doors to the patio open, which lets in street noise. With the fan going, outside noise wasn't that bad at night, but be aware if you are a light sleeper.
