Place has no cabinet for clothes, no towels, not cups or spoons

Tv was not working first day. Even second day only one channel was working.

The is no breakfasts there, they lie about written on booking app. I don't like anything 💔😭

Their service is poor WiFi is not working, swimming pool is so dirty and they don't welcome visitors. I will advise people to not visit this place is not professional at all 🚮 I wish I could make a vn explain proper.

I paid via booking.com and Luvuyo confirm it, but he said he doesn't accept payment via booking.com. I was late around 11:30 pm and had nowhere to go. I ended up paying for the second time, now using my card.

Owner demanded R95 from me because your company deducts a lot of money from him or if I fail to pay him he will dismiss me claiming he was full,I had to plead with him to allow me to check in and I had to compromise and paid the extra R95 of which he failed to refund R5:00 which was my change, meaning he took R100 extra from me.He was very rude to me threatening to chase me away if I don't pay extra money.He removed remote for Aircon to punish me for booking online. There is no wardrobe, no chair,no glasses nor cups,no utensils for anything,TV channels are controlled by the receptionist,no gate remote for guests. The sweeming pool is yellow and full of all sorts of rubbish,ants, etc,a tatal health hazard. One wonders Why your Company advertises this absolute MASS and Total Chaos if you want People to take you Seriously 😒, I wish you go have a look at What I saw there.
