"Very warm and welcoming after a long long journey"

Stayed here with family and 2 dogs after a 4 day drive home from Mallorca and the dover ferry, chalet was big and very warm, parking just outside, the pub was super friendly, Anne landlady really looked after us, dogs welcome in pub, all really friendly staff and great proper pub food.

This place was wonderful. The owners were super friendly and really accommodating. We were there on two quiet nights so no problem with noise. If you ask then the owners will try to get anything you wish for. We will definitely stay again.

What we didn't like is stuff that we knew beforehand wasn't there. There was no breakfast (but we knew that before coming). There was no hairdryer in the room but the owners got one for us to use.
