The property was well located in central Ubud.

This spot may have been good in years gone by but has fallen badly into disrepair. We booked breakfast which was not well prepared and the room was serviced occasionally without any system so we never knew where to expect servicing or not. Mainly communication was an issue causing much confusion and generally detracting from our stay. This spot is nothing like the pictures depict. I suspect they where taken some time ago.

The staff is very nice, they clean the room every day. There are three options about the breakfast, all are tasty.

Just the Wi-Fi is not good.
