The photo in no way reflects this property and is a complete misrepresentation. This property was extremely cold, stale, a mismatch of things and very uncomfortable to say the least. It was not worth the money paid for it. People walking upstairs reverberated downstairs, and the place felt dirty - the doily was peeled off the table. The door to the 'hot tub' didn't close and the access to the TV was difficult - we ended up just going to bed. I was glad I took an extra blanket, which I slept in and my own towels, as the towels available did not look or smell fresh.

Did not stay as there's was no one there when we arrived and no one around, so didn't stay and would like a refund.

The location was excellent, very convenient and not far to get to the city centre. The b&b lived up to its name of being very cosy. We loved the spa, so lovely to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Maybe for future guests, a little hot chocolate in addition to the tea and coffee? Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was fantastic value for money and a great location.

The lockbox was difficult to navigate. Maybe one that has an electronic keypad? The guests next door were pretty lively too. The walls are pretty thin. I was grateful for the queen bed and the closed door!

The accommodation was sufficient.

The accommodation is part of a large house that is separated by thin walls and door into what is probably a communal living space. I advised at the time of booking that we were arriving very late (midnight) and would be leaving around 5am. Obviously it was just a place to rest while travelling to a tangi. The house hold returned home at 1.40am and were very noisy. I heard the same lyrics to “Gasolina” enough times to complete the song. Disappointing as we left having little to no sleep.

Loved the private spa set up.

First night was great, the next day a party was had but we didn’t mind that at all, however, On the second night of our stay (Christmas Day, quite late, a person came to our door to check in next door to us thinking we were reception. We left the property to walk our dog and came home an hour or so later. We tried to get settled down but there was a lot of noise coming from upstairs, loud banging to be exact. This didn’t stop until around 3am. Not much sleep was had unfortunately.

We didn’t like anything other than the location. Unfortunately, the place was part of owner’s property . When we arrived we could plainly hear the family through the wall. The furniture was shabby and basic. We did not stay and due to the no refund we had to forgo our payment which we accepted rather than stay.

Good location 5 min drive from town and the beach. Big very comfortable bed! Lots of space in the living room. Mini kitchenette worked. Hot tub was beautiful and fully private.
