"Excellent"

Excellent location. only 5 to 10 Minutes to centre of Buxton and eating places. Good choice for breakfast. Good English breakfast.

Hotel needed a bit of TLC in places.

"Very Good"

Breakfast was great, rooms and hotel ess very clean

Rooms where very noisy from other guests movements, for me the bed needs a new mattress, also I like sleeping with a small light on, normally I use the bath room shaving light but it was missing a bulb

"We would recommend the Westminster Hotel and would have no hesitation in booking again."

The breakfast was excellent, the service was very good, all food freshly cooked. We had a very nice room, overlooking the park/lake. We had a walk in shower which we requested. The Hotel is Ideally situated being only a ten minute walk to the centre along a flat car free walk way.

Shortage of shelves in the bathroom and shower. Nowhere to put shampoos or soaps in the shower.

Nice view of the lake. Decent Breakfast

The whole property needs an overhaul and redecoration. The Manager, really isn’t Customer Friendly at all.

"Overall a comfortable place to stay"

The hotel was within easy access to the town with all its shops and restaurants. The breakfasts were very good with a selection of cold and hot food. Easy parking. Room was comfortable with tea making facilities and biscuits every day.

Water was only just warm.. No cold water was needed in the shower The toilet was very slow to refill. Towels were changed every day even if not used. Even though we had our booking confirmation from booking.com the hotel were not expecting us although it did get sorted quickly.

"Exceptional"

Stayed in Room 10 and the bed was amazing. Got a really good night's sleep. For breakfast there was plenty of food.
