Very friendly Hosts and Staff, Beautiful location and tasteful decor. Very good food and drinks.

The property is beautiful! The location was great, a short walk to the main busy beach but far away enough to have some peace and quiet. I cannot rave enough about the staff. They were so kind and accommodating.

Nothing I didn’t like

Very kind hosts and staff who made us feel at home. Small scale hotel with only a few rooms. Great cuisine from the French/Italian owner duo. Amazing and quiet location right on the beach in Bwejuu and only a short walk from busy Paje.

Breakfast could get a little repetitive if you stayed for a while. Other than that, everything was great!

Lovely, peacefull place by the sea. Good beach for swimming. Friendly staff, good food and drinks. Our stay was very relaxing and ended up staying two extra nights.

Menu is a quite narrow and more choices would be nice if you stay longer.

Beautiful hotel just outside Paje, you can take long beach walks and watch beautiful sunrise, staff and owners are lovely and very helpful . Hotel is maintained to the highest standard. Loved it

It was actually averything very nice.

There are many things to like about the hotel but the main reasons are the owners, who are passionate about hospitality and very professional. All their staff is also very friendly and attentive to the guests, there is a genuinely good atmosphere in this hotel. Another great asset is the restaurant. Food is simple, with fresh and healthy ingredients, and it tastes amazing. If you are unfortunate enough to have booked your stay in a different hotel, you can at least make it up by eating at Helwa's. All the best to Helwa's and happy anniversary!

The hotel is located at the beach. We could see and hear the sea from our room an had every morning breakfast next to the beach. This is absolutely beautiful. The staff was lovely. They we're always friendly an courteous. We appreciated the contacts with the staff. Breakfast and dinner were nicely served and tasted great. We can highly recommend the dinner in this peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were very helpful and gave us good advice. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome.

This doesn't concern the accomodation: Bwejuu is a quiet village and there's not so much to discover. The place was perfect to relax.

The hotel is located right on the beach, the view is amazing, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are very cozy and, for a European, seem quite authentic for Africa.

The wifi codes are valid for 3 hours. It is really awkward to continue asking for new codes so many times per day. The internet only works around the main building and is not accessible in rooms. The breakfast is decent but really limited. Only one cup of black coffee or tea is included - other drinks cost extra. Other meals were nice, but it always felt like there is less value for the money compared to other locations.
