It's cheap and completely different than other hostels, so no regrets staying 1 night. The location is fine, very close to the lake, but longer walk to the center. The studio was cozy, but since it contains windows/gaps without insect screens, the mosquito net (included) was necessary.

The cleanliness of the kitchen should be better. The refrigerator wasn't clean and probably contains older food (by smell). The kitchen was well enough to create breakfast, probably not for dinner (didn't try). The studio wasn't really soundproof (because of the gaps/windows), but it was a quiet neighborhood. Although a cat fight did wake us up.

The bathroom was completely disgusting, it obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. It's the worst bathroom we saw in a hostel in 8 months of travel. The room was also super dirty and dusty. There were no sheets on the bed, just an old and smelly blanket. We had arrived late and were exhausted, we also didn't get a warm welcome from the host and for only one night stay we didn't have the energy to bring this up with staff. Really the room should be half the price given the state it was in. The common spaces are also really dirty, the fridge is horrible and the furniture is completely full of dust and crawling with bugs. It felt like at one point someone cared about this place, but then everyone just gave up. The staff just hang around playing video games. The wifi is also really rubbish in the bedroom - can't load a website, can't send an email etc. It's a shame because the wifi downstairs is fine, but they didn't bother to make sure that it will reach the space where the guests spend most time. Pretty poor effort for a hostel. This place could be really nice if they cleaned. We don't need much to be happy, keeping things clean is the bare minimum.

Too hot at night, so I had trouble sleeping

Great location in a quiet area away from the downtown, right near the lake. The hostal itself was also nice and quiet. Very low-key place, which I enjoyed.

We booked a room with 2 beds, and only one bed was made up. No big deal - the staff made the other one up. But it seemed difficult to get towels, blankets, pillowcases and top sheets for the beds. We had to ask several times and explain why we needed them! Kind of a quirky place, but everything more or less worked in the end!

The location was good and the vibe is potentially good.

The place has a lot of potential and overall it was ok, however the toilets and kitchen were not clean.

It was probably one of the cheapest options available. Also close proximity to access the lagoon. There's also nice restaurants nearby with a nice outdoor space to hang out.

There's rarely anyone around if you do need anything, no reception for example, and the room was roasting hot even though there was one big fan so it was difficult to sleep at times.

The location is great and the host was very nice.

The „door“ of our room was a gate with a tarp, the bathroom was very dirty and was missing a toilet seat. The shared bathroom was not cleaned during our stay and therefore started smelling after a couple of days. There was also no soap for washing your hands.
