Rocking Chair Farmhouse

How the owner was a fantastic host and nothing was a problem. Having breakfast with the dogs were my boys favourite part. Very clean and spotless would recommend to anyone.

Pretty much everything to be honest: Atmosphere Cafe Unique antique shop Views/ outside garden Food and drinks Cottage itself - bed, rooms and sitting room etc Lastly not to forget main host Andrew and the rest of the crew - excellent customer care and friendliness

Before anyone gets the wrong impression this did not put off my stay at all but it’s not a private cottage, it may effect other customers may not have that quirky sense of humour where you have to walk at back of kitchen past staff & head up to your apartment hearing from below which it’s all compacted. Previously explained it didn’t put off my stay at all as I liked the quirky and unique style of it - 100% recommend to that & will be there again in future, thanks for everything and keep up the service Andrew and team! :) James.

The breakfast in the coffee shop was lovely, all the food was local, good quality produce and the homemade cakes looked delicious.

Nothing, everything was great.

The place was a charming farmhouse with 3 rooms available. Food at breakfast in the café downstairs was delicious. Andrew was a lovely, attentive host, waiting in for us to arrive to welcome us on the Friday evening.

The café was very busy on Saturday morning so took a while for breakfast but was worth the wait. There was a board in the lounge with a very long wifi password on it, but we couldn't get it to work.

Comforable beds in good sized rooms

We asked in advance where do we go to check in and no one responded to our phone call or email. There isn't a door between the cafe's premises and the stairs up to the flat.

Excellent location, great friendly welcome, nice and comfy, good kitchen

Everyone very helpful and welcoming. Close to both coast and Alnwick Food from cafe was fantastic.
