Bewusst gewählte Lage,da unmittelbar bei den Bussen mit dem Ziel wandern. Genau gegenüber der Narkthalle mit all seinen Geräuschen,genau so gewollt und gewusst. Der Gastgeber erwartete Vorort mit Erläuterungen zur Benutzung des Appartments. Vor und während des Aufenthalts gute Erreichbarkeit und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wunderbar die Terrasse. Schlafraum prima. Wasser sofort und immer präsent..heisses Wasser. Gepflegte Wohnanlage. Direkt uns Eck der Zona Vehla mit der Rue Santa Maria.

DAS Appartement lag über 2 Etagen,wurde nicht ausreichend kommuniziert. Die Küche lag im 2.Stock,der Schlafraum und ein Durchgang,als Wohnzimmer bezeichnet, zur Terrasse. Wollte man die Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse einnehmen war es ausgesprochen unbequem über eine steile Treppe ein ganzes Geschoss nach unten zu gehen.Zudem Tablett etc.fehlten. Es gab leider auch keinen Sonnenschirm o.ä.,die Sonne war vom zeitigen Morgen bis zum frühen Abend auf der Terrasse. Leide war auch die Duschtasseneinrahmung in keinem guten Zustand,die Gummimatte darin nicht appetitlich. Die Anlage ist NUR für ausreichend mobile Interressenten.

A very good place to stay, close to restaurants, shops, and the ocean. Good contact with the owner, Jose. Comfortable bed, large bathroom.

it doesn't depend on the accommodation, but it is quite noisy from the market opposite - earplugs are necessary. a bit little space for things considering a longer stay (more things, suitcases) for two people

Très bon accueil de la part de José. L'appartement est très bien situé. Si nous revenons à Funchal nous réserverons cet appartement avec plaisir

Un peu bruyant la nuit puisque l'appartement est en fave du marché.

The studio offers everything you need, but it's really small. The location is excellent.

Good location (Pingo, A Bica, A Preferida), Methodical host, Clean accomodation overall with the helpful necessities (including a kitchenette & washing machine) Nice to have a balcony to relax with decent view & fresh air. Good AC/Wifi.

It could have been made clearer that there are stairs to reach the apartment & the apartment itself is a duplex style with stairs between kitchen & bedroom --- not relevant in general but if you are doing a lot of hikes around then can be a pain. Also the host asked to throw the garbage at checkout, which I think shouldn't be the guest's job especially given the cost!
