The rooms were very spacious, the bed comfortable, aircon worked well and we thought the location was great! 10 minute walk to the beach. The host was also lovely and very helpful. It’s also one of the only places we’ve had hot water in Sri Lanka!

The AC didn’t work the first night. The basic things should be provided in room like hand towel and hand wash soap in bathroom,a kettle with few glasses or cups.

This has been our absolute favorite stay in Sri Lanka. The host family went above and beyond to take care of us, making us feel truly at home. At times, it felt as though we were part of their family. The rooms were spotless, and the property features a charming floating deck overlooking the river, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner with a stunning view. We even spotted a huge crocodile from there! The lady who lives there also created beautiful hand-crafted souvenirs for us to take home for our friends. We would highly recommend this place 10/10, and look forward to returning someday!

Firstly, the property is neatly maintained. It is situated at a perfect calming destination away from all the huzzle and buzzle of the city. This river side property was a bliss to stay in. Thanks to Ravindu for being an amazing and a friendly host. He didn’t leave us stranded or in doubt. Excellent property, friendly host and his family, serene environment and hazzle free stay!

Everything was perfect! We went surfing in the morning and the host let us went back to our room to take a shower. The room was big, the kindest host I’ve ever met in Sri Lanka, nice location, walking distance to the beach and also the delicious breakfast was 10/10! The food was so good so we decided to have lunch here as well and of course we enjoyed it a lottt. :)))

The breakfast is on a floating restaurant with river view! The staff is very friendly. They helped on our question about train schedule and which station to get off. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.

No shampoo, slipper, tissue. Please bring your own. No mirror in the living room.
