Beautiful, quiet & Clean. Can highly recommend

Very friendly owner; we could use the shower after our stay as we had to take a nightbus. She also helped me with my backpack which was partially torn.

Good location. Close to lake and easy access for colectivo to Tikal. Nice chill patio to hang out on and do nothing. Lake is right across from road.

It was a good stay.

In early hours as well as late at night a very helpfull and kind staff / family !!! There was good WiFi connection everywhere and nice mosquito nets over all beds! Also two fans gave a needed cooling. The location is perfect, as all shuttles pass by, there are a lot of restaurants, a small supermarket and the atm.

We didn't use the kitchen but the way it looked, this would not be a dream cooking. A lot of stuff was standing around. You should be aware that it is near the jungle so there can always be some insects in the room that you don't expect 😉

Cheap night.

No sun is coming through during the day so very humid both inside and outside.

We recommend to stay here in this very nice family business! The outdoor kitchen is a very nice area to use. Across the street there is a bakery. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull.
