Zeer goed gelegen in Leith, bus naar Edinburgh (3km) kan je nemen voor de deur.

Niet super verzorgd en onderhouden. Douche gaf enkel heet water, mengkraan werkte duidelijk niet.

Staff was able to accommodate me needing to find a place to stay same day. My previous accommodations we're not working out. I was able to book and get into my room a couple hours later. They saved my trip! Very prompt and efficient. The location was perfect and had a view of the park. I would suggest this place for someone who is familiar with staying at a guest house and just needs a quiet functional place to stay.

Room needed a new kettle, but not a big deal.

Room was adequate, clean, had an iron & travel hairdryer. WiFi in room was not great & TV didn’t work well as WiFi was poor.

Never saw any staff you let yourself in & out. I think if they offered some form of breakfast would be better. You could not eat in your room so really just a place to lay your head.

Friendly staff when we arrived, good location and handy area to leave your luggage after you check out. Room was large and comfortable.

No breakfast provided or offered at all, there’s a large empty room which used to be a dining room but they don’t offer breakfast any more. There are good and reasonably priced cafes nearby though. You have to pay an additional £15 to have a cot in the room; I have no idea why as obviously they own the cots and the additional work for them to set it up clearly doesn’t justify an extra £15 (I’ve never paid for a cot anywhere before). Bearing in mind this is already expensive by UK guesthouse standards, it seems an unnecessary charge.
