Villa Maria-Syros

The room was spacious with all necessary amenities. There was fresh water in the fridge which, upon our arrival, was much appreciated. The host gave us valuable tips and dedicated time to give us an overview of the must see of the island. The location was central and we could walk everywhere. They also provided us with sea towels.

Everything was perfect. I would only note that the hotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties as one would have to climb a few steps to reach it.

This was a beautiful room that was decorated so so lovely. It felt like a fairy princess room and the view was astounding. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. 💗 I also really appreciated that kostas gave me some great recommendations and waited for me To arrive to help me. Lovely hotel and lovely people.

It seemed that the water pressure and temperature was quite poor if other people in the area were showering. Yet I was not sure. For example the water did not come out of the faucet of the shower or sing (only a little dribble) at about 6:00pm. But at 9:00pm it was perfect. Again, in the morning, water pressure wasn’t so good.

Villa Maria is such a unique place to stay in Syros, made the whole visit special! The views from the villa as just magical. Kostas, the host, was very welcoming, gave us a map with all the good spots on the island and recommended us from restaurants to beaches and ice cream! We had a lovely time, I’m looking forward to going back!

Very comfortable villa, the kitchen and terrace were great for evenings, the location is perfect for exploring all of Hermoupolis, close/easy access to port and bus, Kostas was a welcoming and friendly host

Amazing hospitality, location, and people working there.

Très bien situé dans Ermoupoli à 5' des sites d'intérêts. L'hôte, Kostas est venu nous chercher sur la place principale pour nous emmener à l'hôtel mais nous aurions également pu trouver sans difficulté. La maison/batisse est vraiment magnifique, tout y est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Kostas a pris le temps de nous donner des adresses/tips sur l'ile en général.
