Our stay at Wind Tails was nothing short of magical – a once-in-a-lifetime experience that felt like waking up in heaven each morning. Perched above the island, it offers a breathtaking panoramic view over Hermoupoli and the Aegean, leaving us in awe every single day. Alexis and his team are true professionals – passionate perfectionists who have created a place of harmony and soul. Every detail is curated with love and care: from the handmade stonework to the thoughtfully chosen decor, everything tells a story. Breakfast was an experience in itself: served on our private veranda, it was a celebration of local, organic produce – zucchini from their own farm, homemade limoncello, honey, freshly baked bread, low-sugar jam, and the creamiest Greek yogurt we’ve ever tasted. The pool area is a dream, perfectly integrated into the landscape with stunning views and peaceful energy. Wind Tails is a place where you feel deeply connected to nature and tradition, far away from mass tourism and noise. Ano Syros, where Wind Tails is located, is a hidden gem: getting lost in its maze of ancient alleys, enjoying an evening cocktail at Theosis, or dining under the stars at Hygge made this stay truly unique. We savored every moment with all our senses – it was a soulful, serene, and sensational escape. A heartfelt thank you to Alexis and the whole team for making this one of the most memorable holidays we've ever had.

Fabulous views , very comfortable bed, quality toiletries, Beautiful location,breakfast was delicious the best we be had in Greece , The very attentive staff .

Not much sun on balcony after 4 pm .stairs were a little scary to our room.

Alex Dimitri and Magdalena all great hosts. Great shower and comfy bed. Ano Syros has nice bars and excellent, relay excellent souvlaki place. Views are world class and breakfast was wonderful

Ano Syros is a little high above the main town so it’s a steep walk. Upside are the views and the peace

Stunning location, lovely comfortable room with amazing views from the veranda, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We checked in early and got nice and important instructions and tips from Alexis the owner and his kindly service team. Our double bed was build on the rocks and also the shower gave a view on them. The room is perfectly designed and the sun shine through the windows right into the room. The pool, breakfast place are of a kind like a little leading Hotel of the World just on the hill of Amo Syros below the church. And the breakfast was prepared and Server with love.

Everything, this place is truely amazing and the staff are fantastic too, very helpful. Breakfast is delicious, the pool, the outlook, the rooms. Every little detail has been thought of. I would stay here again in a heartbeat
