Very convenient location. Rooms basic but very good value for money. Staff friendy and helpful

Shower was hot and strong flow

Bed wasn't comfortable and the curtains were thin and didn't cover the window. The bright light from the kebab shop opposite shone straight into the room.

A good B&B in the centre of Accrington. Room was clean, beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Only a short walk to the train/bus station. We checked in late and that wasn't an issue.

There isn't breakfast really (some waffels and oats in a package that you add water too - on the first day). The milk cups weren't refilled on the final day and towels weren't changed in the time we were there but it wasn't a real issue for us.

You cant expect more for this price. Decent room for this price and it was clean. Right next to the trainstation

Communication about the key was a bit last minute but it did end well

Great host and very helpful on arrival, great room with a good quality bed, a good en suite, plenty of hot water , a great drinks tray and the waffles and porridge pots were greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again if visit Accrington again, so close to the train station and centre
