Very friendly staff. Breakfest was good. There are 4 types to choose from. Wesfern food available. Everything is freshly prepared.

It didn't bother us, but maybe someone will find aditional accomodation conditions useful ( see photo) , for example, a room heater is available for an additional fee, etc.

Breakfast was delicious. I loved the elephant on my bed.

I did not realize I needed to pray cash for my room.

Clean, spacious room, very friendly staff although they didn't speak English.

Breakfast was a bit poor quality, the hot water in the shower lasted less than in my campervan, the blanket on the bed wasn't warm enough, so got cold during the night. Generally it's an okay stopover, but it's not worth the money compared to other places I've stayed in for the same price. Shame, because it could be a lot better.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with such friendliness and care. The atmosphere felt very inviting, almost like being part of a family. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially want to thank the host family for their kindness and hospitality—it made my experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality.

This is a hotel comfortable and clean, very close to the centre of Nuwara Localization: The hotel is very near the main supermarkets, restaurants and shops, but away from the busy area of Nuwara. It is in a quiet area of Nuwara. The room is very large, with the necessary furniture. It has 3 double beds. Bathroom - Good and clean. Shower with hot water , but one has to wait a while. Breakfast: very good and diverse. There is a kitchen near the room where we could prepare a tea or a coffee. It was nice at night. Wifi: A little slow. Very good and friendly staff. They helped in several occasions!!!

Due to the weather of Nuwara, everything seems damp, which lead to a certain uncomfortable feeling. One can only pay with cash.
