Windsor Residence

Well maintained Boutique Hotel. Beautiful interior, very clean Bedrooms and Bathrooms. So delicious Food, very friendly team with a superb Host. Also the location of the Hotel is superb as it is located in the commercial Town. Large private parking area, garden, party Hall etc.

Outstanding service

Overal was het prima. Verschillende keuzes uit ontbijt wat ze voor je klaar maken. Hele lieve hond bij het verblijf.

Wifi was er in eerste instantie niet. Nadat we hierom vroegen werd er een router aangesloten op onze verdieping. Helaas werkte de wifi voor geen meter en hebben we alsnog alles op data gedaan. Enorm minpunt gezien goede wifi voor ons een van de belangrijkste redenen was om dit te boeken. Het matras was voor mij wat te hard, maar dat is ook smaak. Het personeel is heel aardig maar wel wat ongemakkelijk. Ze blijven lang naast je staan en staren zonder echt iets te zeggen. Ik zou hier niet persé nogmaals heen gaan.

El personal muy atento y educado. El desayuno estaba delicioso y te dan a escoger entre varias opciones. La habitación era espaciosa y estaba todo muy limpio. Recomendaríamos este alojamiento sin duda. Muy cerca del centro.

In the city center

Its more like a vill then a hotel. The breakfast is very basic.. not very clean place with lits of houseflies. They charged me additional for the heater although its shown to be included in the facility list. Overall a good option if u want to be in the city center and not spend much

Kind staff and lovely place. This man is working so hard to make this home/ hotel into a success. They are working round the clock with such attention to detail- names on a board on arrival, embossed crockery, helping every request with a smile. Eg. The shower water was cold but we asked and then it was immediately incredibly hot, WiFi turned on etc. The best breakfast we’ve had in 9 days in Sri Lanka. Delicious. The owner was very kind and helped us plan our day- he is a real expert in the local area and has brilliant English.

Maybe stronger breakfast tea and less room spray as the smell was a bit too strong for me.
