Beautiful property, Nice interior, Very clean & cozy rooms, Friendly staff & intelligent owner, Hot breakfast. I will surely revisit with my Family.

Hübsches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber hübsch eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut.

Die Dusche war offen, es gab keinen Vorhang dafür. Mir persönlich fehlte ein Fenster nach draußen. Es gab nur ein kleines im Bad.

Beautiful and well maintained property, very clean rooms, cozy beds, exceptional Dinner and Breakfast, very friendly staff with great smile. I will surely go back with my Family and my little Pet friend.

Breakfast was good and location a 10 minute walk to restaurants Each level had a small lounge and tea making facilities

We booked this place on the Booking.com reviews It was raining when we arrived the receptionist thought we were with someone else trying to get accommodation that was available on a booking site. She refused the boking and even though they left she didn't take any notice of us . We were finally shown our room. When I sat on the bed it was very damp to the touch. We requested that she change the bedding but she refused. She did give us an extra blanket but we had to sleep on the damp bed. We also requested a heater but once again the answer was no.. The bathroom was clean but had outside vents that let in cold air it was so cold I didn't use the shower. There was a terrible noise until very late from a water pump that went the whole time. We had to take a sleeping pill . We were also talking to some other guests on another level when she came in and said we couldn't be in that area. There was no offer of an umbrella when we went out in the rain to find a restaurant Their English was very limited and they were very unhelpful. This is by far the worst experience we had on our 3 weeks of travel in Sri Lanka.

It’s modern, clean and situated In a convenient location. Also the staff was caring and willing to help through out our stay.

Everything about our stay was perfect. I went with 6 other families. All my friends agreed that it was great value for money and we will return. Rooms were clean and comfy. There was even a karaoke room outside and space for kids to play too. We found different sized rooms for the different family sizes, good facilities which looked rather new, space for children to gather and do board games. Location was smack in the middle of the town with walking distance to Food City etc. Mr. Thushara took extra steps to make our stay comfortable. It was a delight to stay there.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at WINDSOR RESIDENCE, and I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Thusara and his lovely daughter, Sandu Akki, as my daughters fondly call her. They, along with the entire staff, went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home. A special thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday surprise party at last night so magical it was beautifully arranged, thoughtful, and full of love. It truly touched our hearts. I also want to appreciate the other two young staff members a kind girl and a helpful young man whose names I unfortunately can't remember. Their warm, friendly service made a real difference and added to the charm of our stay. The hotel facilities were everything we needed comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. But more than that, we felt genuine care in every little detail. It’s clear that everyone here puts real effort into making guests feel special and comfortable. As a travel agent who representing LION LANKA HOLIDAYS I always look for places where my clients will feel valued and Windsor Residence exceeded all expectations. I will definitely continue to recommend this gem in Nuwara Eliya to our future guests! Thank you again for the exceptional hospitality.
