Windsor Residence

Good stuff and helpful owner

Windsor Residence has been my best stay so far. I travelled with y partner and we received the best Guest care from Windsor Team throughout our stay. Truly Beautiful Rooms and Living areas, a super clean bathroom, Comfortable Bed with Mattress Protectors, delicious Breakfast made us so pleased with their excellent service.

Absolutely nothing to complain. The property Owner Mr. Thushara and his 03 staff members were so energetic and had so much of confidence in their Service & Support. They even went out of their way to support to book out Train Tickets, arrange Tuk Tuk (for Ground Transport) and even advised us about the best places to visit within Nuwara Eliya. Their positive attitude proved us their uniqueness of being so good at the Hospitality Industry. We wish you all the best Windsor Team, and we will surely come back again !!!!!

Very attentive staff. Quiet location, close to main street abd park. We took a tuk tuk to tea gardens and walked back downhill. Great breakfast.

No heating in room that recorded 17c. No fresh air or sunlight to the room. Downstairs rooms beside dining area so noisy late at night and early morning when guests were being fed. One thin microfibre blanket felt damp and had to request more. Bath towels felt damp and were too small to dry body and long hair.

Sarah, assisted by Satheesh, went to great lengths to ensure we had a great stay. The rooms on each level seem to be three individual rooms with ensuite all joined onto a common living/dining area. The facilities were all clean (recently renovated I think) and comfortable. Good location; easy walk into town and eating options (see trip advisor for recommendations).

It would be nice to be able to use the common areas to make a tea or coffee, but there were no facilities to do so. May have been the room option we selected though.

I had a very Comfortable and Safe stay at Windsor Residence Nuwara Eliya. They even went out the way to arrange me Transportation from Nanuoya Railway Station to the Hotel and Return. The entire Hotel is so clean and it is located behind Cargills Food City, so much closer to the Town and many Restaurants. I had a super Good Breakfast and a delicious Dinner at Windsor. The Owner Mr. Thushara and his team (Sara & 02 Other) are truly polite and very supportive. They paid attention to all of their Guests at all times. Good Luck Windsor Residence Team. Comfortable stay near the town. The owner Tushara and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Actually very nice hotel. And we got good customer service and really tasty food ..the hotel rooms are really amazing. And the entire building is super clean and neat..the owner and the staff members are truly friendly and supportive. I would recommend Windsor residence..

Really nice host, really helpfull. Nice bed with protection of matress, really clean and confy. Everything perfectly clean .
