In the city center. There is a huge parking 1 min walk from the property. Big rooms. Good price. All as expected. Frederic was super friendly.

No cooker

- The house is located in the periferic area of the small village of Sao Vicente: there is a free parking nearby where you can find easily a car park. - The beach side is 2km far (15min by foot), where you can find restaurants (my favourite is "La Caravela", i recommend it a lot!!), bars and a market. - The room is ok: there are private dishes inside and in the common zone you can find a kettle, a fridge and a microwave, but you can't cook. - In the common zone you can wash your clothes and put them to dry. - Rate quality/price is very high!! - The comunication with the host is very good: he answers very quickly to all our request.

- The bathroom is ok but you have to pass along the outside common zone to come from the room to it, so it isn't so useful if it is cold; furthermore, it is very low so it isn't kind for me that be tall (but it is only my problem).

Everything. Heating at night, place to dry clothes, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, room big enough, clean, nice People.

We chose this room because of the very good price. Anyone who wants a five-star hotel should not come here. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone else. Frederico and his mother are very, very nice and helpful. The modest bathroom is cleaned several times a day. A bus stop, two cafes, pub and a restaurant are practically under the window. Ten other restaurants, a pastry shop, pizzeria and market open 7 days a week, and the ocean are a 15-minute walk away. When we return to Madeira, we will definitely stay here.

If many guests come here, maybe Federico will save up enough money to build a separate toilet and bathroom. We sincerely wish him the same, because it would make it much easier for guests to stay there
