The location is fantastic - right on Bourbon St and easily walkable to everything. Its far enough north that the noise isn't really an issue

The location and convenience was superb. It felt like a true NOLA stay and was appointed so well. The courtyard was beautiful and having a balcony to sit on and enjoy time was outstanding.

It was a bit musty in the room Possibly look into getting a dehumidifier due to moisture in the air/building.

The location is great, close to the action in the French Quarter.

I informed them that I was traveling with my daughter and husband, and that we would be using the pull out sofa bed. They didn't provide bedding for the sofa, and though I asked for it repeatedly they never provided it. I found housekeeping (who were only there one day and didn't do our room in the 5 days we were there) and they gave us a dirty, crib sized blanket. My daughter was freezing and couldn't sleep so I gave her my bedding and my husband and I couldn't sleep as a result. It practically ruined our trip because we were so uncomfortable. I considered moving hotels but they didn't offer any compensation toward it, they just told me they'd reimburse a blanket and to go buy my own (I would have but never found one in the quarter). They also aren't on the property and don't greet you or provide luggage storage.

Beautiful place with a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast every morning. The place was so quiet even though it was located on Burbon street. Felt safe!

There were no forks or bigger utensils for when we brought home food.

The room door is not secure. No dead bolt and limited privacy due to wooden door that is not able to be locked and glass panes with curtains. The bathroom sink was clogged. Brown stuff would float to the top if you attempted to use it. The shower would not completely turn off and drip all night long. The shower mat was not hygienic. The bed was extremely loud when shifting in bed. There was a dead bag under the dresser the size of a golf ball. The hvac system would not turn off and hard to control. There was also an awkward smell. Bourbon street is extremely loud but luckily quieted down after 12 am.
