I liked the size of the room. The balcony was also very spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean.

I arrived to hair on the shower wall from the previous stay. The bedroom window screen was not attached well so I received a lot of mosquito bites.

The location is very close to Playa Zipolite. You can walk to beach and the main strip of Puerto. Host is very nice and very flexible. My husband got a surf injury so we had to check out a day earlier and Roberto was able to adjust the reservation and we are getting a refund for the last day. It is very rustic the area is close to everything and very quiet surroundings.

Internet is very weak air conditioner is only in bedroom. Some of the screens are damaged so a lot of bugs are able to come in.

Roberto was the perfect host. He patiently assisted me with navigating the area, suggested sights and restaurants, and helped with transportation. The property is quiet and secluded, but only a short walk (10 - 15 minutes) from everything you need. The beach is beautiful. The wifi worked well enough for Netflix and a virtual meeting. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it as well.

The wifi connection was not that good... Behind the house are a lot of dogs that really like to bark...

Roberto was friendly and accommodating. He spoke fluent English, which made me feel extremely comfortable. The location was a little walk to the main area of Zicatela; however, it was nice and quiet, which was great at night when all I wanted to do was lay in the hammock on my balcony and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The view was of the beach and amazing. The grounds were clean and enjoyable. If you are looking for a nice relaxing place just a bit away from all of the hustle and bustle of the area, you have found it, if you are looking for a place within walking distance to shops, restaurant's, and the wonderful waves that Zicatela has to offer, you have found it.

best nights sleep on my trip to Mexico so far. the front porch view of the ocean with the hammock was perfect. Roberto and crew were very friendly and cool.

was a tad difficult to identify, for a guy with “poco español.” the loft stairs would get old, for an guy who’s done nearly a half century of laps around the sun and needs to pee in the night more frequently.
