The view from the balcony is amazing. Just lay down in the hammock and watch the huge waves come in.

Nothing

The location was beautiful, we had quick access to the beach and walkable distance to restaurants and social life. The room we had had its own terrace, which was a huge plus. I enjoyed spending mornings watching the ocean and, sometimes, sunrise while swaying in a hammock.

Something that was ok, but we didn’t expect, were the bathroom and shower. The shower only had cold water and the toilet kept breaking. That being said, the owner always fixed it and was very helpful!

The location is perfect if you want to be in between Brisas and Playa Principal, and pretty much right at Playa Zicatela. Roberto is a great host, and mom and brother were so kind. They all speak perfect English, and put me in touch with Pechuga… The Surf Maestro. Café Dans around the corner serves excellent breakfast/lunch.

High speed internet is always a plus, and when it’s not it becomes a 1st world problem. It’s slow. Finding the place is not the easiest. No sign. When taking a taxi it’s best to just get to the well known Blater Hotel. When I was there, the surf and currents out front were big and strong. Red Flag means, don’t swim.

The guesthouse is right by Zicatela Beach, excellent location

The owner had inappropriate behavior with me. As a solo female traveler, it created discomfort. I would advise fellow women travelers to reconsider staying here.

Big balcony with awesome view. Nice Furnishing with everything you need (fridge, gas…). Lots of space.

No real reception or manager, more a shared guest house. After taking a shower the bath is quiet wet.
