Great location

quiet location, easy to find, view of Zicatela beach from our patio, basic kitchen in the room, really appreciated the free drinking water available to save on plastic waste, nice bathroom with hot water in the shower, really big comfortable bed, nice shaded roof top terrace with a great view of the beach, secure grounds.

staff member who checked us in (NOT Roberto, someone else) gave us minimal information and we figured out a couple of hours later, gave us the wrong room. We specifically booked one of the 700ft2 studios, when we got into the room we were surprised it felt smaller than expected. I figured out it was the 215 ft2 room we were in, but we'd already unpacked, had showers, and were going to head out for dinner. The owner offered to let us move to the room we'd booked but we were out for dinner. We instead asked to be refunded for the price difference, actually we asked twice but the owner stopped responding. The kitchen in the room was nice to have, but it had barely any supplies. No way to light the stove, only one fork, one pot without a lid, etc. It is a bit of a walk to either of the two busy restaurant areas on Zicatela beach, which was fine for us because it was quiet, but you need to be aware in case you hope for lots of restaurants close by.

Beautiful view from beach house very quiet clean and comfortable , Roberto was an excellent host , the only downside was that the pool was not working other than that everything was excellent!

Our stay was cancelled on the check in day

Lovely room - I could see and hear the sea. Also having the little stove to make myself a coffee was great

The WiFi didn't work

The balcony is lovely and large. Roberto is a very friendly and helpful host.

The property is very dated and could do with a nice make over. The photos on the website do not correspond with reality. For the price we paid we expected better. Most of the time there is no staff around the property nor night security. The bathroom floods as soon as you have a shower and not as clean as you would expect. The kitchenette area smelt badly and couldnt locate the reason why. Wifi is very poor for the area. There are a couple of clubs around so if you are staying over the weekend you meed earplugs. Mosquito net in bathroom is broken. The location of the aircon unit so close to your head in the bed

It is a little off the strip where the most things happen, but very close and still next to the beach, The atmosphere of the building instantly calms you down when entering. The staff is very smooth and helpful in general. We had a kitchen with a mixer, a balcony with a a hammock and many more amenities. Everything was clean and there‘s free water. And there“s your personal squirrel buddy living in the palm trees next to the building. We really liked it!

The electronic situation of the building was a little shaky, same for the internet connection. Definitely not good enough if you want to work, which I wouldn“t recommend in this chilled atmosphere anyways.

Amazing place just at the beach front with incredible views of the ocean. Very close to the town and still away from the noise.
