Very well equipped, nicely decorated downstairs very spacious

The windows in bedrooms on first floor didn’t open and it was very stuffy.

Only 1 bathroom and loo.

My grandchildren loved the games room and the huge selection of books and games. The youngest one wanted to stay!! My daughter and l loved the calming decor and the location. The house was spotlessly clean.

We loved it all.

This is a lovely house, the location was fantastic with the city centre, train station and lots of restaurants all within easy walking distance. The kids loved the basement with the table football and huge tv. Great communication from the owners with lots of tips on what to see and do.

Great location. Great communication from the host. Spottlessly clean, comfy beds and pillows, loved the log burner, well decorated, large spacious living and kitchen area. The kitchen was fully equipped. Milk and biscuits a nice touch. Tasteful, fun decor.

Cinema room not set out in a way that more than 2 people could sit together to watch a movie. Which was a bit of a letdown as the cinema room was the main reason we chose the house. The bath looked fun and quirky in the pics but, in reality, looked impossible and somewhat dangerous to use. So none of our party dared try is out in case they couldn't get back out of it. Couldn't open the bedroom window due to being enclosed in plastic. I get this is to maintain heat in the home but being asthmatic in a single room, I would have like to be able to open the window, especially as the door was designed not to stay open too. But this is merely personal preference. Again, personal preference, but we found the amount of "signage" a bit overwhelming and uneeded.

Very clean, comfortable and close to city walls about a 10-15 min walk from the train station. Modern decor, nice kitchen/dining, social space perfect for socialising and family get together. Tourist information and pictures of local attractions around the house were a nice touch. Good communication before and during our visit from the host who responded very quickly when we needed assistance.

Nothing- all good. Shame we weren't staying longer to make the most of all the facilities in the house.
