The Old Pump House

Nice cosy cottage, very modern and clean. Everything there from cooker hob ,microwave, toaster ,kettle and smart tv as well as good wifi. Double bed was very comfortable, area was peaceful. Lovely shower and hot water. Heating was great, not too hot. Was able to open skylight windows upstairs for air after using shower which was handy to get rid of steam, also had built in ventilation when light switched on. Liked the welsh cakes and milk left for us in fridge. Also had tea and coffee available for emergency. Well located to explore further afield to Pembroke and St Ishmael where there was a superb garden centre. Only 9minutes away in car from Saundersfoot.

Cottage was further than we thought from Tenby and took car daily with consequent parking charges. Unable to walk to local shop or restaurant as too far for us. There was a park and ride just up the road from cottage but never saw a bus. Little difficult to open key safe on arrival and also when putting keys back in keysafe despite keying in correct code. Bath towels could have been a little larger and thicker but managed as had taken own towel as well. An air fryer would have been handy.

The property was well equipped with everything you could need. Very clean and lovely bed.

Keys were not in the lock box when we arrived. Had to get in touch with provider who then had to find out if there was a secondary key box. Thankfully there was and we were able to get into the property.

So close to Tenby town and Saundersfoot

Black mould near front door, smells of damp particularly in the cupboard near the dishwasher. Beds are low to the floor and uncomfortable.

Amazing property with very good facilities. Location to Tenby was excellent.

Beds could be slightly more comfortable, very low.

Only downside was the beds was very low to the floor and when you are 65 and 70 year old slight problem
