Proximity to local shops and walks .

Not enough seating in the living room... guests had to sit on dining chairs . Not good when you have elderly people staying.

This is a beautiful, comfortable and tastefully decorated house with a lovely modern kitchen. The fresh, homemade baking is also a lovely touch and was very well received. We just loved coming back after a day of exploring to to relax in front of the log fire in living room. The beds are extremely comfortable and an excellent shower too! A great location near the harbour and beach at Amble so everything was just a short walk away.

Everything was to our liking.

Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Es war alles super sauber. Leider war das Haus nur zwei Tage frei. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir gerne länger geblieben wären. Auch die Lage und der Ausblick waren fantastisch!

Die Matratze in einem der Schlafzimmer war für einen Erwachsenen sehr weich. Für Kinder mit weniger Gewicht, aber sicher optimal.

The location. The house was warm with plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. Appreciated the goodies supplied.

The beds weren't that comfortable and the bedding could have been more luxurious. A proper bed side table in the front bedroom is needed. More hooks for hanging coats and clothes would be good. Some small bowls in the kitchen would have been useful. Salt was empty!

"The property is fabulous, it is straight across from the beach, lots of walks can be done , shops nearby ."

Absolutely everything was perfect , beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, plenty of seating , both in the lounge and dining area WiFi for the kids , smart tv in lounge and bedroom, Dyson hairdryer . Lovely shower .everything you would need In the kitchen, easy to use Hob . Toaster , microwave.lots of crockery .

There was nothing at all to dislike

Location is ideal for town centre & beach, couldn't be better!

I usually like parking to be available on site but despite the high season, we managed to park on the road very close to the cottage.
