Poppy at Oakdene Forest Park

Beautiful property. I had never stayed in one before so this was new to me. Everything simple to use. I was doing some research and study and found this great. The good in the onside cage was much better than expected; beer however was expensive.

The Caravan was comfortable and great location. The resort was great for the family. Beds very comfy.

The Grill door on cooker was missing plus no trays or racks to fit in the grill. Made it very difficult to cook breakfast in the caravan. Plug socket hanging off the wall in the second bedroom. Crumbs and dust left on shelf above main bed.

Poppy caravan is a nice size and the owners had some nice little touches such as bath mats, hand soaps and towels in the bathrooms. Liked the set up of the twin rooms as felt more spacious than standard side by side beds. Owners were very nice and responsive when we had issues with the tv.

Caravan was missing several net curtains in the main living area and kids bedroom which made us feel very exposed as everyone could see in, and made it look messy. Also missing the blind in the kitchen which looked straight through to next door. We had to put a towel across it for privacy at night. Unfortunately the grill door had broken and been taken off and although advised we could still use it, it didn't look nice. Table wasn't the one in the picture, but did the job although very cramped. Appreciate the location means the vans get dirty but the outside windows were awful and could of had a wipe over. There is also a massive bush at the back of the van that's so overgrown it touches the van. When the wind blows it bashes the van and keeps you awake. Shame it the caravan did not look as lovely as the online pictures. Was not as advertised. Did not feel we got our moneys worth.

Comfortable for whole family plenty sleep space was very warm kitchen was good

Needed more than 1, 1/2 toilet paper for large family for 2. Nights needed bigger cooking pot only had 2 soup spoons the plastic bit unsuitable ripped the rubbish bag

Very dated light switch to bathroom didn’t work , glasses plates all put in cupboard wet , I paid a lot of money for a Caravn that was very outdated , family member payed less and had an outstanding Caravn,Ariel for tv didn’t work either , net curtains had mould on them and sofas are super uncomfortable £425 for 3 days for a Caravn that should of been charge £70 for a night due to how outdated , boiler had low water pressure , had to leave early due to family issue and did t even get a part payment back it was an extra 100 pins to stay when I did t stay , owner got quite funny with a family member that was staying on site also and told not aloud visitors , absolute outrageous never heard anything g like it , u do t Exocet to pay that amount of money for not alowong any visitors , definitely wi t be booking again when I can get 7 days same site for £203 pound I found I was definitely overcharged for such an outdated Caravn t. Was small if it’s for a family then defo need more seating , a hoiver aswell was fairly upset when I turnt up and looked what I had for the money I spent it’s definitely out me off

The sofas we're comfortable. The location was quite and looked nice.

The beds were very comfortable. The caravan was very dated and in need of updating.
