Poppy 26 had no baking tray, grill front was under the sink due to hinge being broken, so not fitted, shower on/off was broken and water was coming out, had switch stop cock off, meaning no water from the day before departure as well as having a young child in with them . Poppy 34, light switch to toilet not working and TV aerial was broken. Poppy 33 hole in floor in front of shower, lights in living room not all working and en-suite shower temp control not working and shower had to be held as top holder broken. Not enough toilet rolls left for our arrival

Although some reviews said we had to pay extra for activities, our hosts sorted out passes. They also came to say hello, were easily contactable and very friendly

There were only 4 of each kitchen item so we had to wash up a lot!

Site is nice and central and looks very well maintained. Liked the layout which seems to prevent people from wandering in-between caravans and allows for more privacy. The caravan was well presented, clean and comfortable with a good range of appliances. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings. We used the pools and the crazy golf and park with our young grandkids. Club house sounded busy and buzzing, although we didn't get time to visit, maybe next time 😃 Would definitely recommend.

Could do with a few more bowls, small plates and cutlery, not a complaint, just an observation. Didn't affect us, but might if family of 4 are eating in.

I was unable to use the property . After full payment and confirmation from owner i drove 4 hours up to property and he refuse to give me acces to property. Worse experience I ever had . Very dogy owner, stay away , booking shouldn't allow this kind of owners to rent properties trough them.

Loved everything. Staff in the 'club house' were great, caravan was clean and very homely and beautifully decorated. Will definitely look at coming back.
