Very disappointing not clean at all

How filthy it was

Lovely modern caravan in a great location near edge of park surrounded by woodland and wildlife

Good size 3 beds which we needed for our older 2 children

There was a smell in the main bedroom like a wet dog had slept there. It needs some maintenance gate latch broken, door latch to hold it open missing, some of the nets had started to get Mold on them. Lack of towels was very frustrating only I small towel & floor towel for the shower room. Poor value for money.

Nice facilities. Comfortable stay. Restaurant staff were lovely and courteous.

Owner very exceptionally helpful on arrival when we could not get things working. A welcome bottle of wine was left for us :-) Facilities on site were good for a small site.

Our Caravan was tired ...In need of updating, some maintenence and a deep clean .....behind beds etc. Sofas smelt of old dried-in urine. Communal shower stuck on hot (not suitable for Children) Bed mattress old - not very comfortable. TV in bedroom did not work.

Location was great., Poppy 26 was well set out, very clean, comfortable and warm!. Check-in instructions were clear and communication from the host was great.

The kitchen had quite a basic stock and one of the bathrooms seemed to have a problem with drainage/smell.
