Shower was not working on hot water

The facilities were good - indoor and outdoor pools and activities - we did the Escape room which was good fun. The Acorn restaurant was also good with a good range of options.

The caravan was a little tired - the top oven door was missing and the bathroom had a strong smell of damp.

The property was clean and tidy. What made our stay great was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners - very quick to respond to our queries and they even came to introduce themselves in person.

Lovely space for a family to relax.

It was a really nice property, it had a few issues for example the top over door wasn’t actually on the oven, a few plug sockets were loose. The place was very clean and a lovely stay

The staff that run the facilities were very friendly but didn’t help us out when we needed it. We unfortunately had a deceased deer that was in the bushes next to the property. When we rang for the maintenance team to come out and sort it they said someone will be out in the morning but unfortunately no one ever came out. This property was privately owned and I cant fault the owners one bit. They very prompt at responding
