Charming Summerhouse Annexe in lush gardens in Fowey

The host communicated well, and the place was clean and comfortable, with an excellent location! We would love to stay again.

This is such a great space, perfectly located to wonder into the town and explore. It's been great to be situated in a place with many walking routes! Would love to stay here again!

The next door occupants very noisy & constantly looking into the living room walking past looking through the glass sofa laundry could have done with a wash smelt damp @cushions and blanket

Peaceful, clean, great location in the heart of Fowey, easy allocated parking next door, generous towels! An absolutely perfect place to stay and explore the Cornwall coast from or simply relax in the beautiful town of Fowey.

The shower/bath was a bit slippery to get in and out of but a rubber mat is provided and helped

The Summerhouse is in an excellent location for exploring Fowey and is well appointed (although perhaps not 'Luxury') with everything that we needed for a 2- night stay. The kitchen area seemed reasonably well equipped (although we only really 'cooked' some toast!) and everything seemed to be clean to us. The little courtyard is a lovely sun trap and feels quite private although a folding chair so that you can follow the last of the sun in the evening would be a bonus. WiFi and TV all worked fine, and private parking close by was a real benefit.

We have an electric car, and one of the reasons for booking here was because it offered car charging facilities. These are available, but it looks like a bit of a performance to set it up and more problematic was a large white van parked in the clearly marked 'For electric vehicles only' space for all the time we were there which meant that charging was impossible. Fortunately for us, it wasn't essential, just a bonus, but someone relying on being able to charge their car would have been stuck. If you are going to list electric car charging as a feature, I think you should have a proper charging point in the car park itself. For the price of a round £200 night I would have expected a little welcome pack with milk, and few other essentials. Luckily we arrived in time to be able to do a bit of shopping, but if you are arriving late, bring some milk! The loo seat wouldn't stay up (only a problem for the gents I guess :-) )

Good location, clean with good facilities. The sofa wasn’t that comfy and property felt a little cold. That aside we had a lovely stay and would come again and recommend to others.
