"Beautiful cozy little apartment with easy parking and close to Fowey"

Comfortable and well equipped, great location and easy parking included which is a real bonus in Fowey, beautiful little private suntrap garden and a fantastic base to discover the south coast not to mention a short walk into Fowey itself

Ev charger not the easiest to use (actually in the carpark would be amazing) but to be honest it was a bonus anyway so not a complaint

"Relaxing stay in Falmouth, with lush garden views"

The location of the Summerhouse was idilic. With views out onto the lush garden. It’s a steep walk down into town, and, it felt, a steeper walk back! The car parking space was great just across a small pedestrian path, through two gates.

Very good location, with parking which was really useful. Very pleasant space and layout to the annexe, with own little garden, I imagine a real bonus in the summer.

Annexe is in need of a little tlc. Some updating is required especially of the bathroom (toilet handle broke off during my stay), and some of the blinds are definitely in need of replacing. Utensils in the kitchen could do with an overhaul. It could be a real gem of a place with just a little work!

The property is in a lovely location. As an apartment dweller, I appreciated the opportunity to play music at a reasonable volume til late. It's light and reasonably private but, be warned, Fowey is in a steep river valley and a decent level of mobility will be needed to enjoy the location to its full. The private car park is a godsend in Fowey, and was one of the reasons we choose to stay here. Excellent TV and WiFi. Wonderful walks, pubs, restaurants etc are there almost on tap. The kitchen was adequate to the task of some light meals and there was a fridge freezer. Fowey is quite sheltered and Autumn comes late to Cornwall so the weather was kind most of the week

Needs a decent wardrobe.
