Clean and homely with all facilities we needed

Comfortable compact cottage. Simply but attractively furnished. Liked the log burner and lovely bath.

Parking is difficult. We were there for Xmas - a few decorations would have been nice (fortunately we brought a few of our own)

Parking was promoted as key feature yet parking space not available (without paying extra ) ! . Insufficient toilet paper at the location. Working through property manager added bureaucracy to booking process

Very well presented and good quality contents, for a weekend with family made it special.

Nothing, one extra WC would make it a massive 10 - 10

Good location, Shaldon is beautiful. The cottage had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds.

Parking which we paid extra for is a long way from the house and a very tight space against a wall. Cottage is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, it is located on a steep hill, the stairs are not carpeted and there is no sturdy handrail ( just a rope which is aesthetically pleasing but not practical). Cleaning could be improved as rugs were stained and kitchen was not fully cleaned. The chair in lounge needs a new seat cushion as strangely only half stuffed?!and the bathroom needs a toilet roll holder ! The rest of house was very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable with everything that was needed. Perfect location!
