Der unvergleichliche Ausblick aufs Meer. Idyllisch gelegenes Häuschen. Zu beachten: Restaurant hat leider Montag und Dienstag keine offene Küche und das Café hat an diesen beiden Tagen zu.

The view, kitchen diner, appliances and variety of utensils etc, quality of bathrooms and it was very clean. We could also park 2 large cars on the drive, which is a real bonus in Gardenstown with it being such an old fishing town. Spent a lot of time in the evening either on decking or in dining area watching the sunsets. This area too was perfect and safe for our dog 😊

the double bedrooms were pretty small, understandable for the style of the property fine for a short stay though. As with so many self catering properties, there is rarely a plug point near a mirror for hair drying, so this would be a welcome addition.

amazing views from the kitchen, easy to park and close to the port and local pub/cafe. kitchen was fully equipped, heating was available and working great

rooms where a bit small to have your luggage with you, but there was a lot of additional space in the living areas downstairs

Geräumiges Ferienhaus Das Highlight ist die sehr gut ausgestattete helle Küche mit Essecke und Meerblick.

Das Wohnzimmer war etwas dunkel. Die Böden im Obergeschoss waren schief, das fühlte sich recht seltsam an.

The position was fully taken advantage of with views from inside and sitting outside the best I’ve seen. Kitchen had everything we needed and was a pleasure to stay here. Just loved this place!

The parking was not easy with camber between road and parking space eroded. The stairs throughout were tight and small with some of the edges unstable.

Wir haben in Sunnyside House wunderbar entspannte Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und angenehm geschnitten. Wir wurden sehr nett mit Blumen empfangen. Die Lage und der Blick aufs Meer sind unbezahlbar. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Lage von Gardenstown ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch zu Fuss gibt es Möglichkeiten, zB der Spaziergang nach Crovie.

Fantastic location with a constant sea and harbour view from the kitchen. Also able to sit outside on the decking area for the view as well. Located 5 mins walk from the harbour and small shop in the main part of the town. The town itself it beautiful and the people living there are fantastic and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Not much to complain about. The one mattress was a bit soft, but that is personal preference.

The brilliant view from the kitchen, spotlessly clean, just lovely

No wardrobe in one bedroom, and a full length mirror would have been good, also more information about the heating and how to work the cooker, we have gas. But that didn’t stop the enjoyment of staying in such a fab place and would definitely return.

The house is situated next to a church and very close to the harbour and the beach. Everything was clean and exactly as shown on the photographs. The kitchen was well equipped. Private parking is right in front of the house - perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this holiday home. The views from the dining area are spectacular. We also enjoyed the outside seating area. Gardenstown is a great base for walking or exploring other places along the coast.
