Lovely location. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of dog walks from the door. Handy for shop, pub, cafe and train. Car park worked well for us using a week long permit for it and other east Devon car parks.

Could be clearer that there's no secure area for your dog. The patio is actually the public footpath outside.

Located near car park and small station. Station gave access to other places without having to take the car e.g. Exmouth, Exeter, Teignmouth. Good local pub, the Swan for food ,drinks and good vibes

No washing machine, but no space for one. No whee to wash or dry clothes and we have been travelling for sometime

Cute cottage. Ideal location especially being so close to the railway station - we were able to leave the car behind!

Nothing to dislike!

Lympstone is very cute and this house is in the middle of it. It is cozy but has the necessary things for a short stay. The wood burning stove is nice. Host communicated promptly and was able to help us with any queries we had. If using the parking (which you probably have to if driving as street parking is very limited), there is an option to pay for multiple days that makes is much cheaper than the daily rate.

As others mention the couch is not very comfortable.

Really lovely character cottage, ideally situated near station, restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed and well equipped.

Lovely little cottage in a stunning location, everything you could possibly need for a lovely break away . Only thing I would recommend would be a more comfortable sofa to relax on . Otherwise A*******

The location, the aura of the cottage and the facilities within were just perfect for a short, cosy stay.

The cottage was quaint and warm and so welcoming, my only comments would be that a comfy living room sofa would be desirable!

Nothing, but maybe in a few years the stairs and steps would become more difficult :)

No Prosecco as stated , car park was good but expensive £8.00 per day, sofa uncomfortable, tv lot of working out for us oldies
