The Pepper Pot

It was a really cute little cottage in a lovely village with good walks and a shop. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy, fab to have a fire too, we had a great time

The parking was a problem, hard to find anywhere even in the village carpark and when we did we had to pay including overnight and Sunday- go on the train… A pint of milk in the fridge would have been welcome for tea after a long journey so bring your own or stop at shop before you want to sit down…

Communication with Karen was brilliant. Any questions, no matter how small , were answered quickly. Really nice location and a few minutes walk from the train station. Heaters were on when I got in, meaning the cottage wasn't too chilly. The smaller sofa was comfy, the other one, not as much, but there's enough cushions to make it comfier. Lots of thick blankets as well. Nice and clean and tidy with everything I needed. A good smart tv and internet speed was really good. I'm definitely coming back here again in the future.

It's was just a bit chilly, but not much else that can be done about that as there was plug in heaters and blankets available.

Everything! Such a cosy cottage in a great location near to two pubs, a nice tearoom and the train station.

Lack of recycling facilities.

Beautiful, cozy cottage, located right in the heart of the village. Beautifully decorated rooms and comfy beds.

Slightly drafty (but it was December).

Perfect location. Trains and walks on the doorstep. Lovely little log burner. Afternoon tea at Lympstone Manor was amazing.

Parking rules were a bit tricky. You need to buy a permit, not expensive just not very well documented.

Lovely village, very quiet, nice old house, close to places to visit.

Having to pay for parking, uncomfortable sofas.
