The Pepper Pot

An old property with some drawbacks but satisfied our needs for a short stay.

Had difficulty in locating the property and communicating with the owner. Mobile phone coverage was marginal. Car parking cost money and was awkward. TV very limited.

The location was right for what we were doing and right in the middle of the lovely village. The bed was really comfortable.

The only comment would be the lack of microwave - sounds strange, but it's sort of an essential nowadays. Although the size of the kitchen area could make it difficult to install. The back door isn't in use for guests, so maybe a note to stop people trying to open the door...

Well equipped, great location. Home from home

Great location for eg parking , train , bus , shop and village pub. All amenities at property. Clean . Comfortable double bed. Good WiFi . Great walks . Plenty to see and do .

To have choice of local TV. viewing . Perhaps more comfortable seating .

Location brilliant

sofa is a bit hard...so not that comfy but this is really a base to enjoy surrounding area.

Very central in the village, close to bars, restaurants and the train station.

Nothing.

Beautiful little cottage, full of character

everything it’s quaint quiet and just beautiful and the flowers on arrival with logs by the wood burner great communication with Karen prior to visit and everything including tea and coffee on your arrival
