the house was lovely and cosy, even with the bad weather we felt cosy and had a great time.

Location was fantastic. 2 minutes from local shop and Suzanahs Cafe and pub

Cosy little cottage in a good area and lots of walks around. Local pub and little shop for anything you have forgotten. Everyone seems lovely and it’s peaceful at night.

Just to be mindful you have to pay for your parking across the road if you don’t manage to get a space on the road. However not too pricey.

A perfect cottage for a short stay in Devon, located in a quaint idilic village. Karen is a generous and understanding host who goes above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend more

Location is absolutely stunning.

Nothing. A beautiful quirky property. Privileged to be able to stay in the owners 200 year old family cottage. Wi-Fi good. Everything you need for a short break. Great communication from the owner. Safe and cheap parking via East Devon council. Travelled on the train with outer dog. Great paddle boarding in the sea and terrific walks on the exe estuary trail.

The cottage was amazing and Karen was a perfect host, who went out of her way to ensure our stay was as easy as possible.

All amenities at property. Perhaps more comfortable seating .We oldies like our comfort !

Lovely little cottage with all facilities needed in a great location. So close to good pub, train line and great for walks. Our children are both students at Exeter university they joined us for breakfast at the cottage on Sunday morning then we went for a walk to Topsham and back to Lympstone via the train then to the Swann pub to play chess. Great time.
