The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There was everything you could need for a short or an extended stay. The breakfast was really tasty and excellent value for money. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. You could park your car in a courtyard which was very safe and secure. We would definitely stay again.

Great little place between work & home while having renovations done at home. Everything you need for a 'home from home' stay in a great location. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a bit firm for me but that is just personal choice

Location was about an hour from everywhere we wanted to go, York and Leeds were closest, beautiful countryside especially en-route to Whitby.

Wi-fi bit slow/wwak, TV loses signal due to weak Wi-fi but no real problem. Courtyard can be tight to turn around especially when all 3 properties are occupied with cars.
