Hot tub was very clean, beds were comfortable

Key for property wasn’t in a lock box it was on the bottom of the fence. Fruit flies in bin located outside kitchen window which were inside the property on arrival. No tin opener had to borrow from next door neighbour. Living room and double bedroom doors stuck and were hard to open . Wobbly bedside table in twin room.

The cottage is in a very convenient location, close to many supermarkets, stores and bus stops. It is a reasonable walk to several restaurants and shopping areas. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was kept clean and was easy to operate. There were many kitchen appliances available to use and the internet and television works well.

The hot tub was amazing, rooms were good size and facilities were good, the location is perfect too down the road from tourist attractions and shops. The host is great, very friendly and helpful.

The microwave didn't work properly, the top door on the gas oven was loose and kept opening itself. No working light in the hallway and at the front door which made it hard to see at night especially when popping out as there are no street lights.

I felt the property was very cosy, we had everything we needed, had no concerns enjoyed our time staying there, was nice being close to the shops and it was nice to be able to relax in the hot tub with the garden having privacy.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like everything was great only advice would be in the upstairs bathroom maybe put a shower curtain there due to water going on the floor from the shower.

The house is lovely, clean, comfortable, and warm. The garden at the back is nice to sit in and the hot tub was great, warm, comfortable and very relaxing.

Th only thing I could quibble with was that the front garden was full of recycling, and gave a poor impression of the house, but that was probably because we arrived midweek and the recycling van hadn't arrived by then, which is hardly the owners fault. And he turned up on the Wednesday to tidy it up anyway, so no real problem.

Hot Tub

Really needs a good clean inside and out, loads of rubbish outside the front door and stairwell which was very smelly. No key safe, found key on the ground amongst the rubbish. Needs redecorating due to water leak stain in ceiling and scuff marks. Wouldn't take much money to make it a very pleasant cottage.

Overall, nice little property in a great location

The living space wasn’t clean overall (windows, sofa, coffee table) in particular my 2 year old daughter found two large bits of glass by the side of the sofa. No coffee available or anything to make a hot drink yet has a coffee machine there Grill was barely in working condition No bin in the bathroom and found dirty socks under the bed. Back Garden was really grubby, needs a good clean worst of all, I’ve even private messaged l the owner this morning and not only have I not received a message to ask how was the stay but I’ve mentioned the above issues and yet no response back !
