The property location was in a convenient spot to where we needed to be in Manchester. The property was a decent size for three guests. Easy access via a lock box.

The property was slightly run down and not the cleanest compared to the photos. The shower itself was loose and felt it was going to break, the bathroom window was broken and the glass fallen down so there was a constant draft. The little courtyard/garden which you can access was absolutely vile! Bin bags pilled up, bottles for drink and balloon canisters on the floor when we arrived! The carpets were not the cleanest, and the bedroom headboard and lamp broken. I feel this property is likely used by people who simply wish to use it as a party house and it is then not kept up to its standard as per the initial photos.

The bed was a bit too hard for our backs

I liked the space down stairs and having bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Location was perfect for the Man City game.

Couldn’t get the tv to connect to internet however not an issue overall

The accommodation was filthy, rubbish bags piled up in the back yard, unemptied bins, mould in the fridge water dispenser, unwashed sheets, dirty cutlery in the kitchen drawer, someone else's dirty towels, bathroom window pane falling out, cracked mirror, chewing gum on bedroom carpet, wobbly bath, basin didn't drain, need I go on?.....We left after one night and requested a full refund for our stay. This place should be de-listed by Booking.com
