shower not very powerful - very small sink in the bathroom - no welcome cream tea that has been raved about in the reviews which was a shame - I know we booked last minute also only half toilet roll and fridge not switched on. no information on recycling/rubbish so we did leave it in property

Clean, comfortable, everything you could need to cook if you needed to. Close to pubs to eat at, local British legion, tea rooms and fish n chip shop. Grocery store and post office store opposite property. Great host.

Nothing

Very quiet and cosy. Everything was provided, including a nice cream tea in the fridge. A lovely touch.

Everything was great so nothing to dislike.

Location was perfect for coast path walkers. Scenery very dramatic and rock formations for geographers are quite something! 3 pubs and one coffee with coffee shops in the near area all very good. Lovely cream tea left by the host - thank you very much

Rooms were slightly damp and there was a musty smell in kitchen cupboards but it didn't upset our break away

Cheap & cheerful

A bit higgildee pig gilder but fine for 1 or 2 nights

The property was clean and the beds were comfy. It was in a great location in the town near the shops and pubs. Very well equipped kitchen. Thank you for organising the cleaner at short notice.

I think with a couple of tweaks you could make this into a great base for people’s holidays. The decor was quirky and didn’t bother me, but maybe either stick to modern or old as I found it a bit of a mixture. A shelf in the bathroom to put a toothbrush pot would be useful. The bathtub in the garden would look lovely if planted up with some plants. Something to stop the draft round the door would be useful in the winter as I imagine it would get cold.
