Steep staircase up to second bedroom could be tricky for people with mobility issues

Great location. Close to the shops, the harbour and the beach and overlooking the river. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable with everything you need. We used the Cliff Railway to visit Lynton and the Valley of the Rocks and walked up the river to the Watersmeet Tea Room which you can start just below the house. Our 4th time in Lynmouth and we'll return again I'm sure.
