Stunning views and location

The fan oven didn’t work, so had to rely on the grill. A leaf on the table was broken and not attached.

How close it was to everything, and very clean. Perfect for a family

It wasn’t clean. Table was broken. Food under beds. Tv channels didn’t work, could only log in to apps. Rustling coming from cupboards in the arctic room. Couldn’t get to back door very well due to amount of rubbish.

They left a bottle of bubbles for my parents to celebrate engagement! Thankyou! 🥰

Great location in walking distance to beach, shops and lovely river views. Well equipped, clean lovely comfy beds.

Quaint little place in Lynmouth. Very good location just off the river, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay in the property and in Lynmouth as a whole.

Loved the location and the house had good facilities. Nice and modern decor and the shower was wonderful!

The stairs are steep! I think it would be good to notify guests of this on the site. One of our party struggled to get up the stairs and had to sleep downstairs in the end. It would also be good to have a door on the top room to keep noise and light out, but not sure if this is something the owner can change.
