Property was huge. Perfect for what I needed. Could do with a lick of paint in places

Lovely old rambling property. We booked both houses and they are back to back. The beds were clean and comfy and the views are stunning. It’s a quick walk to Muncaster castle. There are guinea fowl in the garden and nesting in the trees. They have Starlink WiFi for those who are interested although you won’t know this until you go!

It’s run down, probably needs about £300k spending on it to bring it back its former glory. There are damp patches and cracks in the wall, the kitchens are very old, some doors are randomly locked or glued shut. The drive is long and full of pot holes. The rise in the middle of parts of the drive scraped the bottom of the car.

The house was fantastic! What a beautiful location. The house is very big and spacious. Has everything you need.

Wifi not so good, but this didn't matter so much.

The drive up to it isn’t great for your cars

Dirty, disrepair throughout the property and gardens, with no maintenance; basic kitchen supplies. Had to leave a day early; the damp house gave me an asthma attack. Damp has been painted over, paint and lining paper is bubbling and flaking. Not habitable and a disgrace.

Location, property itself v clean spacious ,

Dishwasher didn't work. Need s salt and rinse aid. Called out someone but still didn't wash well. Kitchen could have a bit more utensils ,bigger ones as group of 12 staying. Bins is bedrooms would be handy . Bin in bathroom very small.

Very nice spacious house with comfy beds for us all. Lots of pots pan plates glasses etc for a night in. Great location very peaceful

The property was not well kept, curtains falling down, paint coming off the walls. Heating in the top room didn’t work. TV didn’t work.
